Project Details

Sparkplay Media is a California based game developer, the creator of MMORPG Earth Eternal.

When their company was formed Sparkplay Media needed corporate branding that would give them a corporate feel yet also have a fun edge to it as they wanted the same image of the games that they create. We decided to go with a variation of a thick Helvetica typeface with a thick filled in outline that gave the clean typeface a bit of a cartoony edge and made it less corporate. Playful colors in yellow and red help to strengthen this cartoony edge as well.
