The Crate Escape

The Crate Escape is a Connecticut doggy daycare facility offering sleepovers, grooming, and self serve washing in addition to their daycare services.

When The Crate Escape was started in 2006 they came to Visionology needing a website that would be fun, warm, and inviting to their clientèle but also be straightforward and simple to navigate for the users as well.

We worked to create a website that immediately hit you with it's fun, humorous approach using bold colors and shapes that interact with each other. We used dog characters throughout the emphasize this point further. Simple tab based navigation led to straightforward pages that makes information easily scanned at a quick glance. In addition a photo area was created to be easily updated by the staff to showcase their dogs, facilities, and events. Within the two years they have been in business, the website has achieved top 10 search engine rankings in all their major search strings.
